Brooke Shepherd-Wright - Glow Mumma Instructor
Having spent over 10 years in the fitness industry it has become apparent that mums are not always correctly looked after during and post birth. They are unsure of how much and what type of exercises are safe and effective, which can lead to injuries or worsened postnatal contraindications and potentially stopping exercising all together.
Pregnant and postnatal clients are a special population who deserve to be taken care of, and it needs to be done safely, effectively and thoughtfully. A woman’s body changes when having a baby and so does the way she thinks and feels about her body, and when given the tools to educate and keep herself safe when returning to exercise she has the potential to become stronger and fitter than ever before.
Sally Potts - Glow Yoga Instructor
Passionate instructor and Mum Sally has 23 years experience working in the leisure and fitness sector. Having worked in a variety of different styles of gym environments, her teaching always promotes health and wellbeing within the community.
Sally is gifted with the ability to vary her teaching style to all age groups and abilities in her classes, to give participants their best experience in learning their body. In more recent years, Sally has set her focus on Yoga and Pilates which we are so lucky to have part of our Glow Timetable!
At Studio Glow, we love to collaborate. Working with other like-minded and inspired people, we are able to bring Glow to women in more ways than what Studio Glow alone can provide.
Look up these wonderful local businesses and see how they also can have you glowing!
